A business does not exist without sales. To make a sale you must find a
customer, or a customer must find you. If this potential customer can not
find you then you may as well not exist. You do not have a business.
As of August 2016, there are 7.4 billion (billion with a b) people on this
planet. And countless other businesses. It is highly likely you are not the
sole operator in your niche. You likely have many competitors.
So, to have a successful business we need to do two things:
- Be found by as many potential customers as possible
- And have a better product or service than your competitor
We cannot help you with the second bullet point. But the first is our

ROI of 20%, 50%, 100%, or even 1,000% in the marketing world.

stock market (safely).
For comparison, the average return of the S&P 500 is 7.0%.

The Number One Investment You Can Make Online Is PPC
Pay Per Click (PPC) is when you spend money on an online ad. There are many ways to do this, but the two big daddy’s of the space are Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords.
We specialise in Facebook Advertising because it is an even playing field. The billion dollar corporation and the corner store are able to spend the same $1 to get the same amount of clicks. It all comes down to who does it smarter. Frankly, Facebook Ads are the gold rush Google AdWords was several years ago. It won’t last forever.
Google AdWords, on the other hand, is more reliable but more expensive. Where you can typically buy clicks on Facebook for $0.50, you’re more likely to spend anywhere between $1 and $200 per click (seriously). However, the advantage is that on Google, someone is searching specifically what you are selling. You don’t search for “wedding planners Brisbane” without seriously considering hiring one.
We advise clients to invest in both. But if you have to choose, it depends on your business.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
SEO is the highest ROI potential method of digital marketing.
In saying that, it is also the least reliable. Where businesses can invest in PPC ads day after day, year after year and get a similar, reliable return consistently… SEO fluctuates. Hard.
If you can successfully get your website to the top of the Google search page, magic things can and will happen for your business. However, you could also lose that ranking the very next day, and with it a large portion of your revenue.
There are many methods of ranking a website in SEO, Black Hat & White Hat. Black Hat is the easy way out, but also the riskiest. White Hat is ranking by the numbers. It is hard work and it takes time. But it is also the safest. If Google comes along to change the rules, you can be certain your website will not be penalised.
So this is how we operate. No shady tactics here.
Don’t misunderstand us, there are many methods to market your business online (and offline). Some are more effective than others, some are still worth doing, even with a lower ROI. Especially when it comes time to diversify. But the above two methods, PPC & SEO, are the two primary means of marketing your product. Everything else supports these two or are secondary.
